Through a centralized tracker, you can monitor the lifecycle of every link, from creation to settlement. With built-in tools for manual intervention such as real-time reminders and instant deactivation, Glomo ensures you have total oversight of your outstanding receivables.
Glomo enables merchants to proactively manage unpaid links by sending manual reminders directly to customers. Within the Payment Link Tracker, you can view the exact timestamp of the last communication sent. By clicking Send Reminder Now, the system triggers a secure notification to the customer, reducing the time to settlement without requiring you to leave the dashboard.
Glomo provides the ability to invalidate payment links instantly. If a transaction is no longer required or an error was made during creation, clicking Deactivate Link renders the URL invalid immediately. This ensures that no unauthorized or stale payments can be processed against your merchant account.
To maintain control over payment windows, you can modify the expiration date of an active link at any time.
Navigate to Link Details: Locate the "Expires On" section within the specific Payment Link view.
Modify Date: Click the edit icon to open the calendar selector.
Set New Deadline: Select a new date to instantly update the link validity period.
Beyond manual pings, Glomo allows you to automate follow-ups to ensure consistent communication with your customers.
Access Scheduler: Click the edit icon next to "Schedule Reminder".
Select Frequency: Choose the automated cadence that best fits the transaction urgency:
- Once every day
- Once every other day
- Once a week
- Once every other week'
Disable/Enable: You can toggle these automated notifications to "Disable" at any point if the customer requires a pause in communication.
