Cancel a Payout
Occasionally you may want to cancel a payout in transit for a number of reasons such as a change in the account information from the counterparty, duplicate payouts, incorrect amount, etc
Payout cancellation
Below are the steps that are required to cancel payout :-

Navigate to the payout tab

Search and locate the payout you want to cancel
→

Click on the particular payout to see details
→

Click on the cancel payout button
→

Click on Yes in the confirmation modal

Payment cancellations are permitted only before the transaction reaches a critical stage in its processing. In cases where cancellation is no longer possible, please reach out to the beneficiary to initiate a reversal of the funds.
