Glomo gives merchants a set of downloadable reports for reconciliation, compliance, and treasury operations. Reports are available from the dashboard under Reports, and most can be scoped to a date range and downloaded as CSV. Reports can also be scheduled for automatic delivery instead of downloaded manually.
Report access follows your platform role: Admins and Members can view and download reports; Sales Partners do not have report access.
| Report | What it contains | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Payment Report | All payment transactions, including status, amount, and any configured custom fields | Reports → Payment Report |
| Subscription Report | All subscription transactions, including status, amount, and any configured custom fields | Reports → Subscription Report |
| Settlement Breakup Report | Line-item breakdown of every settlement, including fees, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes | Reports → Settlement Breakup Report |
| Balance Statement | Statement of credits and debits for a given balance and date range | Reports → Balance Statement |
| KYC Report | Attempt-level KYC data and step-wise verification status for all customers | Compliance → KYC → Download KYC Report |
A batch export of your payment transactions for a selected date range, covering payments taken via Payment Links, Orders, and server-to-server integration.
- If custom fields are configured on your account, each one appears as an additional column, populated per transaction.
- If declaration collection is enabled, the
Payer RelationshipandNRE/NRO Declarationfields are included as additional columns.
The same batch export as the Payment Report, scoped to subscription transactions. If custom fields are configured, they appear as additional columns here as well, populated for each subscription charge where a value was provided.
A line-item reconciliation report for every settlement paid out to your registered bank account, covering platform fees, refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments.
Dispute activity also appears here so you can reconcile it alongside regular settlement activity - see Viewing Data in the Settlement Report.
A statement of credits and debits for any balance on your account (Primary Balance, and Funded Balance if enabled), for a selected currency and date range.
To download: go to Reports → Balance Statement, select the balance and date range, and export as CSV.
An attempt-level export of customer KYC verification activity, for compliance auditing and reconciliation.
To download: go to Compliance → KYC, click Download KYC Report, and specify the "From" and "To" dates. The generated CSV includes attempt-level information and step-wise verification status for all customers. See Handling Reports and Data for details.
Rather than logging in to manually download a report each time, you can schedule it for automatic delivery by email to yourself and your team.
Navigate to the Reports section on the dashboard, open the Scheduled Reports tab, and click Create Schedule.
Select the report type you want delivered, from the reports available for manual download (for example, Payment Report or Settlement Transaction Report).
Configure the date range the report should cover - previous day, previous 7 days, or a rolling window.
Set the delivery time for the report. Daily delivery is the only frequency supported currently.
Add recipient email addresses, including people without a Glomo dashboard login.
Name the schedule (for example, "Daily Payments Summary") and click Save.
Once saved, the schedule is active and appears in the Scheduled Reports list with its next delivery date.
At the configured time, every recipient gets an email with a download link. Clicking the link downloads the pre-generated report directly as a CSV. The email states the report name, the merchant name, and the date range covered.
- If the report has no data for the period, the email still goes out and the linked report is empty - delivery is never skipped silently.
- If delivery fails for a recipient (for example, an invalid email address), the user who created the schedule is notified.
The Scheduled Reports list shows every schedule's report type, frequency, next delivery date, and recipient count. From this list, you can:
- Edit a schedule - update the report type, delivery time, or recipients.
- Pause a schedule - stop delivery without deleting the configuration.
- Delete a schedule - permanently remove it.
- You can only schedule report types that are already available for manual download - scheduling doesn't add new report types.
- Recipients don't need a Glomo dashboard account to receive a scheduled report.
