Action Required State

The action required state is a critical component of the compliance checks conducted by Glomo to prevent money laundering, fraud, and to comply with international financial sanctions. Failure to provide the requested information within the stipulated time frame can result in the transfer being delayed or canceled.

When a payout moves to the 'action required' state, you'll receive a notification via email and on your Glomo dashboard. Payout processing will resume after you submit the required documents and reinitiate the transaction.

Reinitiate Payout

Below are the steps that depicts reinitiation :-

1

Login to the Glomo dashboard

2

Navigate to the overview screen

3

Search for the transaction where action required state is needed

4

Click on the option to upload documents

5

Upload the requested documents

6

Click on re-initiate payout

Payout State Progression

When a payout goes into the action required state, it follows this order:

StateDescription
In progress Compliance checks have passed, money transfer underway.
Action Required Payout is on hold. User has to respond to RFI to further process the payment.
Success Payout has been successfully completed.
Failed Compliance has failed and Glomo has declined to process the payout.
Cancelled The user has canceled a payout after initiation.

Typically, RFIs only occur for international payouts that are deemed risky.
